Why the hell did I think it wasn't cold out today??

I wore a short-sleeved v-neck t-shirt to work today, and then when I went running I didn't wear my usual hat because I thought it wasn't so bad out and then ran out and back along the Charles and Mass Ave bridge and on the way back the wind was so awful, my head and neck were exposed and I thought I had frostbite, my skin was so cold and frozen I could feel it contracting and hardening. The Mass Ave bridge back was the worst!!! I put my head down to push through it but it was awful and pushing me around, I couldn't run in a straight line. That was at 4pm. At 6pm I finally check the weather because I just came home from work and it was freezing out and had to make two trips out w/ the dogs and now have to walk to the laundromat.

It's 22 degrees, feels like 8. Oops.
